OUR CORE TEAM

T.T. Clement – Founder (Caterer | Visionary | Innovator | Engineer | Designer | Interior Designer | Social Worker) Clement joined the Railways as an apprentice in the year 1964 at the tender age of 17 yrs. He graduated from the Institute of Jig & Tool Designing and was posted as Sr. Designer (Production Gadgets). This phase took 17 long years, with the evenings spent for studying. Thus, completing his graduation in Maths, Statistics and Economics, Post graduation in Economics and Statistics, PG Diploma in Material Management and a 4-year Diploma in Mechanical Engineering in addition to the Sr. Designers Course of Indian Railways. This passion of constantly studying, enabled him to complete 3 years of graduation in German Language and 2 years course in German Translation and Interpretation from CIEFL presently known as EFLU (English and Foreign Languages University) and 4th Grade in Music from the Trinity College of London. Some of the innovations during his career were: (a) Designing a Rotary cum Reciprocating Automobile Engine. (b) Product Design, Tool Design and Production of Fibre Glass Hot Press Moulding of Railway Carriage Shutters and Axle Box Covers which replaced Pilferable Aluminium thus saving crores of rupees for the Indian Railways. The whole of Indian Railways has standardized this product. (c) The Push-Pull train was implemented during his tenure in the Railways. He had another passion and that was Catering. The origin of his passion started in the year 1970, when his uncle Mr. C. D. Jacob, who was one of the few reputed caterers in town during the Nizams period under the brand known as - Santhome Caterers who asked if he could assist him. He agreed, since then he has been in the Food Industry. He is the oldest Caterer in town - as well as having the distinction of catering to the Nizam's family through the brand name Clems Caterers & Eventz – “Where you are the guest and we the host.” In the year 1994 he took Voluntary Retirement and started business. A training Institute "Clems Infotek" was started at Vayupuri, Sainikpuri in the year 1997-98 and then shifted to at Regimental Bazaar, adjacent to Good News Church in the year 1998-2001. His passion for designing led him to enter the Interior Designing and Structural Integrity Industry under the brand “Clems Décor.” We had serviced major conglomerate like the first Tata Teleservices in Hyderabad and various other clients across the city. We also supplied Coffee Stem Furniture across the country. As a young person he always had the desire to care for Orphans and help the Underprivileged. This desire was turned into reality when a piece of land - 25 kms away from Secunderabad Station in a village called Thimmaipally which he believed was God given, which led him to resign from the Indian Railways in the year 1994 and started a Charitable Trust “Karuna Kendra” in the same year. He started a rehabilitation centre for the Orphans and the Underprivileged at the same place.

Chef Cyril (Cyril Clement) – Principal Consultant (Gastronomy Educator & Mentor | Culinary Artisan | HOD Regency College of Culinary Arts | Ardent Culinarian with 20+ years’ experience) Chef Cyril, hailing from a distinguished lineage of Hyderabad's Nizami Catering Tradition, embarked upon his Culinary Journey, immersing himself in the enchanting world of aromatic spice blends and flavour combinations that would shape his lifelong passion for the Culinary Arts. This early exposure to the subtleties of flavour laid the foundation for an illustrious career in the Gastronomic World. Cyril’s talent and expertise blossomed, elevating his culinary acumen to new heights. The experience not only refined his culinary artistry but also nurtured his desire to mentor and pass on his wealth of knowledge to aspiring chefs, fuelling his transition into the role of an Expert Culinary Trainer. With over two decades of immersive culinary exploration, Chef Cyril emerged as an influential figure in the world of Culinary Consultion, earning acclaim both nationally and internationally for his exceptional expertise. His professional journey has been adorned with numerous accolades and milestones, further cementing his reputation as a formidable force in the realm of Culinary Consulting. As a Principal Consultant with Clems Eventz, Chef Cyril’s strategic vision and innovative approach have contributed to the firm’s success, further solidifying his standing as an industry leader.

Calvin Clement – Managing Partner (Caterer | Event Manager | Musician | Entrepreneur | Automobile Enthusiast | Technical Recruiter) Calvin Clement is truly an exceptional individual whose diverse talents and experiences create a unique blend of creativity and technical proficiency. Profoundly influenced by the legacy of his father, an esteemed engineer and one of Hyderabad’s most venerable caterers. An MBA graduate, Calvin embarked on his Entrepreneurial Odyssey at the tender age of 18. His journey, began at a young age with the founding of his own Office Automation Company, demonstrates his entrepreneurial drive and vision. His passions for both automobiles and music, especially as a guitarist, add an interesting layer of artistic creativity to his otherwise Technical And Business-Focused Career. His leadership in organizing top-tier events for major global companies like AMD, Hero, and Tata Telecom speaks to his ability to manage and execute complex, high-pressure tasks with precision. Calvin’s work in Large-Scale Concerts and Christian Conventions also reflects a rare attention to detail and organizational skills, which have earned him recognition in the Event Management Industry. Additionally, his experience running a cafeteria at the English and Foreign Languages University (EFLU) speaks to his versatile skill set, proving that he can successfully manage operations in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction. He then donned the role as a Recruiter for Africa, Middle-east, Europe and USA. His certifications as a Microsoft and Cisco Engineer, along with his commitment to educating rural youth in computers and networking, highlight his dedication to empowering others and contributing to the growth of his community. In 2017, Calvin took up the mantle of Managing Partner at Clems Eventz, the family business, where his leadership has propelled the company to success. His blend of Technical, Business, And Service-Oriented Expertise makes him a Transformative Force in his field.

Asha Cyril Clement – Partner (Pâtissier | Chocolatier | Founder - Clem’s Confectionery) Asha Cyril Clement, is a Celebrated Pâtissier And Chocolatier, known for her exquisite artistic flair and eye for intricate detail. She is the creative force behind Clem’s Confectionery, a Boutique Dessert Studio that has earned a reputation for crafting some of the finest cakes and confections in Hyderabad. Hailing from the picturesque town of Araku in Vizag, Asha began her journey as a passionate home baker. Her dedication, refined technique, and innovative touch transformed her humble beginnings into a thriving Confectionery Unit that now caters to a discerning clientele across India, the Middle East, and the USA.
